The Amarillo Branch NAACP Legal Redress (Discrimination Complaints) Committee appreciates your complaint. You must complete and submit the Complaint of Discrimination and Release Forms before your complaint can be evaluated. Completion of these forms does not constitute filing an official complaint with a legal authority. At this time the Amarillo Branch NAACP is only seeking information to assist you concerning this complaint. Please return the completed forms to the Amarillo Branch NAACP.
Know that your complaint is important to us and we will evaluate your complaint in our continuing effort to ensure the political social and economic equality of all citizens, in accordance with the NAACP’s mission. Submission of a complaint does not mean that the NAACP has accepted your case, and you should consult an attorney regarding your case, as soon as possible, as there are certain filing deadlines that must be adhered to in order to file a case in court.
You may also wish to refer to the additional resources listed below, which contains contact information for various federal and state agencies and other civil rights advocacy that may be able to assist you.
